This full yoga workout is designed for independent practice at home, outdoors, in the gym, or while traveling. The session begins with yogic breathing techniques and a gentle warm-up, followed by the main practice focused on flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, and body control. All you need is a yoga mat and a little free space.
This workout is suitable for beginners with some previous experience as well as intermediate practitioners. Practice at your own pace and always listen to your body.
In yoga, it’s important not only to move into an asana but also to remain in it for a while with calm, steady breathing. In this video, I transition between poses more quickly to keep the workout from becoming too long. If you’re practicing along with me, I recommend holding each asana a little longer than I do to get the most benefit from every exercise.
Dana Tar (Dana Taranova) yoga combines smooth transitions between poses, breathing techniques, and careful attention to proper alignment. This workout was filmed by the sea to inspire you, but you can practice it anywhere that feels comfortable.

For some exercises, I wear fitted sportswear or a bikini so that body alignment and technique are easier to see on video. I recommend practicing in whatever clothing feels most comfortable for you.
